Our philosophy is about more than just using a strength and conditioning program – At Great State Fitness, we focus on nutrition and mobility as key factors in improving your quality of life. Fitness is about developing total wellness so you can do what you love outside the gym. With personal training sessions and open-gym options, we offer an array of membership plans to suit personal preferences and schedules.

Step One

Give us a call. We’ll talk about your goals and your fitness background. We offer a variety of membership options and would love to help you discover which plan would best fit your lifestyle. Our coaches can help you decide which program works best for you, your goals, and your schedule, after all, the gym is where you’re supposed go in order to do the things you love outside of it!

Step Two

 Everyone working out at Great State Fitness MUST sign a waiver. We can have one ready for you when you come in, or you can sign one right now by clicking here.

As a member, you’ll be set up with a Wodify account. Here you can access a variety of programs any time from your smart phone, tablet or computer.
