Give us a call. We’ll talk about your goals and your fitness background. If new to CrossFit, you will want to take the Foundations course, which is typically completed in three classes. These classes can be coordinated around your schedule and booked <here>.
First class: Come about 10 minutes early to get acquainted with the coach and our box. Then get ready to sweat! Bring comfortable workout clothing, plenty of water and your game face. You will be set up with a Wodify account that you can access at the gym or any time from your smart phone, tablet or computer. (Everyone working out at Great State CrossFit MUST sign a waiver. (We can have one ready for you at the front desk, or you can sign one right now by clicking <here>.
After you have completed the Foundations course, you will know if Great State is right for you. From there, you can simply choose your membership plan via our pricing page. Our coaches can help you decide what works best for you, your goals, and your schedule, (after all, the gym is where you are supposed go in order to do the things you love outside of it!)
